Solution 1: Clear Play Store History

Press on profile icon in the right corner at the top.
Navigate to the main Settings menu.
Choose option General.
Tap on Account and choose device preferences.
Follow down to Clear device history and tap on it to clear the history of Play Store.

Solution 2: Check Network Settings

Navigation to the settings of the phone.
Go down to the Network preferences.
Some options may be restricted when downloading using mobile data so ensure Download over any network is ticked.
