Open PhonePe Account Without ATM Card

Step 1: Sign Up on PhonePe

• To begin with, let me tell you how to get into PhonePe first, Download the PhonePe App from the app store, and register through the mobile number. Do not forget to update your mobile number through OTP received to your registered mobile number. (Open PhonePe Account Without ATM Card)

 

Step 2: Add Your Bank Account

• When creating new account you are asked to provide details of a bank account. Choose your bank from among those shown below. Ensure that the mobile number provided by you to bank is active and same number you have registered in PhonePe Fever is correct.

 

Step 3: Verify with Aadhaar OTP

• Later when you go further, the system will automatically send an SMS to your bank. Soon your bank account details will appear on the screen provided the process has not stalled in the few seconds it takes to type and submit your reply. Debit card, or Aadhaar, will be asked after which they will set a UPI PIN. Select the Aadhaar option.

 

Step 4: Enter Aadhaar and Bank OTPs

• Starting with the Aadhaar number give six digits. Check that the mobile number which is registered with Aadhaar and bank account is the same. You will get OTP’s on your mobile both from Aadhaar and your Bank. After entering both the OTPs the model proceeds. (Open PhonePe Account Without ATM Card)

 

Step 5: Create Your UPI PIN

• Now, create a UPI PIN of your choice Enter the digits of UPI PIN as; It may be formatted such that you have to type it in again to confirm the input. After that, you have set the UPI PIN successfully, and you will receive the confirmation message.

 

Step 6: Use Your UPI PIN

• Earlier it was mandatory to link a debit card with PhonePe for all transactions and the UPI PIN was used only to link the bank account, but now you can use the UPI PIN for all the PhonePe’s transactions.
